KU players weigh in on the benefits of holding a practice at Arrowhead Stadium
A unique experience
The Kansas Jayhawks football team recently held a practice at Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs. It was a unique experience for the players, who got to practice in a professional stadium in front of a large crowd.
"It was awesome," said quarterback Jalon Daniels. "It was a great experience to be able to play in front of a crowd like that. I think it will help us prepare for the season."
A chance to bond
The practice was also a great opportunity for the team to bond. The players got to spend time together off the field and get to know each other better.
"It was a good team-building experience for us," said linebacker Gavin Potter. "It was a chance for us to come together as a team and get ready for the season."
A boost of confidence
The practice at Arrowhead Stadium was a boost of confidence for the Jayhawks. The players got to see what it's like to play in a big stadium and they got to experience the support of the fans.
"It was a great experience for us," said coach Lance Leipold. "I think it will help us prepare for the season and I think it will give us a boost of confidence."
